Refunds
Within 30 days, no questions. Include the email you bought with. Full policy on the refunds page.
Download problems
File will not open, link expired, lost the email. Tell me what happened and I will resend it.
Corrections
Found something out of date, or a fee that has changed since I wrote it? Tell me. Corrections go into the next edition and buyers get it free.
Your own experience

Advice on your case
I am not a lawyer or an accredited immigration consultant, and I cannot advise on individual applications. Doing so would be both unhelpful and, in the Philippines, legally fraught.
Reviewing your documents
Please do not send me passports, marriage certificates, forms, or anything with personal details on it. I will not open them, and I do not want to be holding them.
Filing on your behalf
I do not file, transact, or appear at the Bureau of Immigration for anyone. The guide exists so that you do not need someone to.
Predicting your outcome
I cannot tell you whether your application will be approved, or how long your office will take. Nobody honestly can.
If your situation involves a prior deportation, an unsettled overstay, a criminal record, or a contested annulment, you need an accredited Philippine immigration lawyer rather than a guide or an email from me. That is not me deflecting; those cases genuinely turn on details a book cannot address.
